A cheap person doesn’t consider the
full ramifications of his consumptions and will consume things just because the
price tag is low. A frugal person will consider whether he needs the item,
rather than just purchasing it because it's cheap. So a good example is that if
you eat at McDonalds, that’s cheap. If you make a home-cooked meal for your
